Why did we design BCAA Plus?
Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) make up 35% of lean muscle mass. This makes them an essential element to anyone’s diet, but particularly for those who are training to build lean muscle mass. Although BCAAs are present in foods such as fish, chicken and steak, to get the same optimum dosage as BCAA Plus you would have to consume large quantities, which would not only be extremely costly, but could also compromise your body composition.
How did we design BCAA Plus?
BCAA Plus contains three of the 9 essential amino acids, Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, in a 2:1:1 ratio engineered to support all of your training goals.These are classified as essential amino acids due to the fact that your body is incapable of synthesising them itself and must therefore be consumed via dietary intake. To compliment your body’s daily needs, we have added 1.4 mg of Vitamin B6.
What are the Key Benefits?
BCCAs are unique in the fact that they are metabolised directly in the muscle to kick-start recovery. Other amino acids, such as Lysine, are metabolised via the stomach before reaching the muscle tissue. Vitamin B6 contributes to immune system functions, protein and glycogen metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. BCAA Plus tablets are free from artificial colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten, starch and lactose and also contain no added salt or sugar.

When should I consume BCAA Plus?
