8 Tips for a Stress Free Easter Weekend

Our Easter guides begin with eight simple tips to guarantee a stress free Easter weekend! With an extra two days off thanks to the bank holidays, it’s the ideal time to entertain but being the host with the most can get stressful but just follow our guide and enjoy the long weekend.

Plan

Make a plan and stick to it, whether it’s a timetable for spring cleaning the house or cooking times for the Sunday roast. Having a plan will help you to organise everything you need to do and when you need to do it, the recipe for a relaxed and stress free Easter weekend!

Prepare

Get as much as you can prepared before the long weekend. If you’re planning an epic Sunday roast, prepare as much as you can the night before, whether it’s rustling up a sauce or Yorkshire pudding batter to store in the fridge or leaving the meat to infuse with herbs and spices, it will save you plenty of time the next day!

Stock up

However many roast potatoes you make, there will never be enough! Make sure to stock up on plenty of food and drink to keep you and your guests full and happy over the Easter weekend, keep your cupboard stocked up and full of goodies.
