in homewarehas teamed up with our favourite interior design enthusiasts to collaborate on three new collections of homeware. First up, Mum of two and queen of homeware hacks, Charlotte Greedy. Showcasing her timeless taste in interiors, Charlotte regularly brings us impeccable bed spreads and the latest soft furnishings on her Instagram channel all while sticking to a budget. We sat down with Charlotte to get the inside scoop on the new collection and to find out a bit more about Miss Greedy's Home.

Charlotte Greedy

I started @MissGreedysHome when I started posting house pictures on my personal Instagram and realised I had a private account, so nobody would see any of it apart from my family and friends. I made another account (Miss Greedys Home) to log my home progress after moving and having a fresh start for my boys and I.

My interior style - that’s a tough one! I’d say I love the classy stuff but can’t always afford the same stuff as the amazing houses I see on instagram. So I try and do some of it on a budget. I LOVE funky patterns like my bathroom floor and love colour for the boys rooms. My favourite room in the house at the moment is Brody’s, it’s got real life Giraffe’s on the wall, which to me is a GOAL, I’d have loved it as a kid!

Pinterest definitely helps with creating new looks for my home that’s definitely my go to place for inspiration. I love looking in magazines for inspiration as well. I most definitely DON’T keep my home spotless, it is an absolute pit 85% of the time. But when they're in school I do love to clean, tidy, and set it all up nicely, even if it does only last a few hours it’s a very nice feeling.

My favourite piece from the collection is definitely my blanket! I LOVE a blanket, I literally have an obsession with blankets so I really wanted one to represent my style and it’s definitely done that. I update my interiors probably a bit too much to be honest. But with BPD it’s hard to stay still and be ‘finished.' As soon as a room is finished I’m instantly looking at what I can change next just to keep my mind busy.

I think the easiest ways to refresh your home if you're on a budget is with a good lick of paint to change up some furniture. I’ve recently transformed my front door for only £30. I didn’t want to pay £850 for a new one and it looks amazing! Not everything has to be expensive, yes I have expensive things but then I budget in other areas of my home to cater for the bigger more expensive needed jobs. I’ve always had an interest in interior design and loved looking in magazines of grand houses and snooping on Pinterest at budget transformations and interior.
