This is a very sturdy towel rail - far superior to the many trashy and more expensive metal rails on the market, which tend to break and/or detach themselves from their mounting points. Great care needs to be taken to mark very accurately the exact distance between the wall mounting centres. This is particularly relevant if, as I have, there is a surface mounting board with a significant gap behind it to a brick surface. The screw plugs must reach into the brick wall to provide a sound mounting point. The rectangular shape of the towel rail is unusual but works very well - in any case, it is hardly visible when there is a towel or two on it!
